Delhi’s Sukriti Gupta is topper in CBSE Class 12 exams with 99.4%
Brief of 12th CBSE Exams Result :
The wait for over 10 lakh students came to an end with the declaration of Class 12th results 2016 by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today on 21 May 2016. A Delhi girl led the list of toppers in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE’s) Class 12 examination results announced on Saturday with two students from Haryana grabbing the second and third positions.With a pass
percentage of 88.58 per cent, girls once again outperformed boys in the CBSE Class XII Board examination.Boys recorded a pass percentage of 78.85 per cent.The Topper of CBSE result 2016 named Sukriti Gupta of Montfort School has topped the exam with 497 of 500 marks with 99.4% and on the second position Palak goel of haryana scored 496 marks.
The results were declared online and also provided through phone. The CBSE also introduced digital marksheets this year which will be provided to the students through www.digilocker.com .
About First Topper Sukriti Gupta Topper of 12th CBSE Exams :
Sukriti Gupta student of New Delhi’s Montfort School,Ashok Vihar scored 99.4% to top the Class 12 examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the results of which were declared on Saturday.
Gupta, a student of science, scored 497 out of 500 in the board examination. Last year’s topper, M Gayatri of New Green Field School in Saket in New Delhi, scored 496 or 99.2% marks. She was a commerce student.
Gupta scored 100 marks in Physics and Chemistry and 99 in Mathematics, English and Computer Science. Gupta is preparing for her engineering exams and will appear for the JEE advanced exam on Sunday.
About Second Topper Sukriti Gupta Topper of 12th CBSE Exams :
The second topper was science stream’s Palak Goyal of Tagore Public School in Pehowa of Haryana’s Kurukshetra district. She scored 496 or 99.2% marks.
