The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is an undergraduate entry exam in India for all students who want to take a medical course in college. Whether you want to join a private or public institution of higher learning, you have to sit for this test.
The examination is usually conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which means it’s the same body that announces the results. The exam date for 2020 has already been announced to be on the 3rd of May. The examination is usually a pen and paper undertaking, and the applicants are required to complete the exam in one sitting.

Access the Application Forms:
Before you can sit for the exam, you have to send your applications. You can access the application forms and other relevant details at ntaneet.nic.in from December 2, 2019. The online application has to be filled online and submitted online.
The deadline for submitting your application will be December 31, 2019. If you send your application via post, you won’t be shortlisted for NEET. Candidates will be given a correction window within which they can rectify any details that they filled in the application forms.
Some of the information you should pay attention to include your gender, date of birth, and parents’ names.
Download your Admit Card:
Once your application successfully goes through, you can access your admit card online. You’ll need to download it by logging into your registered account. The released date for downloading your admit card is March 27, 2020.
Note that your admit card will not be sent via post, so if you don’t download it, you won’t be able to sit for the exam.
The Exam Day:
As you already know, the exam date for NEET is May 3, 2020. Even though every other process leading to the exam will be conducted online, the exam will be offline. Candidates will complete their paper in pen and paper mode.
The exam usually takes three hours, and the paper has 180 questions. Each question is objective, which means you should thoroughly prepare for the test.
Provisional Answer Key:
In the last week of May, each candidate who took the exam will need to challenge a provisional key. You should have sufficient evidence to support your claim. This means that once you complete the exam, you should not forget all about it. This information will help you to challenge the provisional key that’ll be provided online successfully.
Release of Results:
On June 4, 2020, the results of the exam will be released. You can then know if you passed or not. You’ll have to download the results from ntaneet.nic.in. To get your scorecard, you’ll need to log into your registered account. These also have to be downloaded.
